Shipping & returns

Where we ship from

US orders ship from our fulfilment warehouse in the United States. EU orders ship from our fulfilment warehouse in Spain. This keeps delivery times short and avoids unnecessary cross-Atlantic freight.

Delivery times

• United States: 3–7 business days (standard).
• United Kingdom & EU: 3–8 business days (standard).
• Rest of world: 7–14 business days.

You'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.

Shipping costs

Shipping is calculated live at checkout from your delivery address and the real weight and dispatch point of your order — no flat guess. Orders over $60 / €65 ship free within their home region.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, provided items are unused and in their original packaging. Return shipping is at the customer's cost unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 working days of the return arriving at our warehouse.

Damaged or missing items

Email hello@clovestreet.shop within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we'll send a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.
